Keto flaxseed wrap



Ingredients


- 1 cup flaxseeds or 1 1/2cup flaxseed meal ⠀ - 1 cup of water (boiled) ⠀ - 1/2 tsp salt ⠀ - Spices (optional: ⠀ - 1/4 tsp turmeric ⠀ - 1/4 tsp grounded ginger ⠀ - 1/4 tsp grounded garlic⠀ - 1/4 tsp onion flakes/powder ⠀


Instructions


1. Ground the flaxseed then set aside ⠀ 2. In pot add water and let it boil ⠀ 3. Then add your spices ⠀ 4. Next add your flaxseed meal and stir until it becomes a dough like consistency ⠀ 5. Divide into 4 balls ⠀ 6. Press between parchment papers ⠀ 7. Shape into a circle ⠀ 8. Cook it in a pan for 2 minuets ( a minute on each side).
