Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp - 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into pieces - 1/2 lb beef, cut into pieces - 1 small onion, diced - 1 red bell pepper, diced - 2 celery stalks, sliced - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 tbsp ghee or oil - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/2 tsp oregano - 1/2 tsp cayenne - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp thyme - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add ghee/oil.
2. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, approximately 3-5 minutes.
3. Add beef and cook a few minutes until browned. Remove meat from the skillet.
4. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
5. Add chicken and steak back to the skillet along with the shrimp and all the seasonings.
6. Stir gently until all the seasonings are mixed in. Cook 5-10 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
